A Celebration of Love and Laughter...And $850,000 for Providence!
It was truly a beautiful night of philanthropy, community, and revelry for all!
Love & Laughter were in the air at the 22nd annual Silver Ball, Presented by Scotiabank, held at the prestigious Fairmont Royal York. It was an elegant affair for over 800 of Toronto's elite from the business, arts and healthcare communities who gathered together to support the urgent needs of Providence Healthcare.
A heartfelt "thank you" to all who made the night a spectacular success, and wonderful celebration of love. Together, we raised an impressive $850,000 (net) for the patients, residents, clients and families who rely on Providence Healthcare to provide hope and healing in their times of need. A huge thank you to all of our partners, supporters and guests who donated towards our very worthy cause!

Over 140 generous sponsors and supporters came together for Providence to ensure the success of this event.
A spectacular Silent Auction that raised $79,000 to support exceptional care at Providence
A beautiful Cherry Blossom Gift Tree and interactive station engaged our guests, and raised $4,400 for Providence in one night! Proceeds support the purchase of state-of-the-art virtual reality equipment to help our rehabilitation patients regain strength and mobility to reclaim their lives.
A touching love story and testimonial video, with special appearance by former Hospital patient, Anne McAndrew and her loving husband, Bob.
VIP headliner Birds of Bellwoods, and outstanding performances from Providence Healthcare's very own Shawn Rumford (Manager, Employee & Labour Relations, Human Resources) and Shawn Brady(Director, Interprofessional Practice), lead singer of the feature band, Elevation!
Celebrity cast members from "Saving Hope" celebrated with Providence as our special VIPs.
Musical requests and lively sing-alongs to the classics with talented pianist, Rob Creamer.
